Founder

Linda has 15+ years in the medical field, including emergency medicine and urgent care. She began having an interest in the area of beauty and aesthetics when she noticed how many men and women were unhappy with their look or shape but could not afford expensive surgeries to enhance it. As their primary care provider she felt the need to learn methods, therapies and non-invasive or minimally invasive procedures that she could offer at affordable prices. This in the hopes of helping people feel better about themselves when they look in the mirror.

Terms and Conditions
‍These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Eyes On Me Hair & Body Spa ("the Spa"). By accessing or using any of the services provided by the Spa, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. It is important that you carefully read and understand the terms outlined below before proceeding.
‍Booking and Appointments:
1. All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either online, via phone, or in person. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated if slots are available.
2. For services requiring a deposit, full payment of that deposit must be made at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date or service within 7 days of the original appointment.
3. Late arrivals 5-10 minutes may result in shortened service time. The Spa will make every effort to accommodate late clients, but the originally allotted service duration may still apply. Late arrivals 11 minutes or more may need to reschedule if another appointment is scheduled directly after yours.
‍Cancellations and Rescheduling
‍1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
2. Rescheduling appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment time. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the deposit and requiring a new deposit for future appointments.
‍Payments and Refunds
‍1. Payment for services can be made via cash, credit card, or other methods accepted by the Spa. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be displayed at the time of booking.
2. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather or a medical condition. Refund requests must be made in writing within three days of the service date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Spa's management.
‍Service Satisfaction
‍1. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please inform the Spa staff immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
‍Safety and Liability
‍1. The Spa will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients during the provision of services. However, clients are responsible for notifying Spa staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect the services received.
2. The Spa will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services, except in cases of proven negligence.
‍Personal Belongings
‍1. The Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises.
2. It is advisable to secure valuables and personal belongings during service periods to ensure their safety.
By engaging in any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Spa reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any amendments.
